• Coaching, training and communicating with clients and their staff on any legal developments that may impact on their day to day operations.
• Managing any outsourced legal partners to ensure goals and objectives are met.
• Managing and balancing key commercial and business initiatives in fulfilment of the company strategy.
• Advising on and seeking capital finance, grants and/or funding.
