Even if we have a major transaction that requires more time, we know we can negotiate an increased fee with EBi and we won’t be surprised by a massive bill. The EBi team is almost always available to assist and even on those days that they are not contracted to us, we feel can phone or email them and ask for advice. They respond promptly without there being an additional bill sent. This is a very unique model in the South African legal industry and we have benefited from this system for the past 4 years.
